Speak the Language of Love

Don't send your sweetie all the wrong signals. Your body language says a lot about the way you feel. Here's how to make sure you're making all the right moves!
Looking Into His Eyes
One of the first messages you send to another person is through eye contact. Looking directly at your man sends the message that nothing can distract you from him. The deeper you look, the more intense your gaze, the more clearly that you're sending the message that you're strongly interested. But careful you don't stare with too much intensity - it can make some guys nervous!
Shoulder Shrugging
Shoulders that are down and back give off the impression that you're very sure of yourself, which is very alluring to some men. Shrugging the shoulders up doesn't necessarily make you appear insecure, but it does suggest you're harmless, friendly and approachable, which can be equally as charming.
Crossing Your Arms
Overall, with this defensive gesture, the message you're sending is that you're not interested, even uncomfortable. Be careful, though - it may also be interpreted as vulnerable or hostile.
Leaning - Towards or Away
By leaning in just slightly, you're sending signals that you're engrossed in what the other person is saying to you. Of course, overdo it and you could just make someone feel like you're impeding on their space. And leaning away will have just the opposite effect, leaving him feeling like you're not paying attention and looking to end the conversation.
Twisting, Coiling and Tossing Your Hair
Watch the signals that you send with your mane! While many women have a habit of playing with their hair, twirling or coiling your locks can be a sign to others of nervousness or sheer boredom. Tossing, on the other hand, gives off the impression that you're interested by drawing attention to your best asset.
Licking and Biting the Lips
Sometimes we bite, purse or lick our lips unconsciously or because we're nervous. But the more overt your actions when it comes to the lips, the stronger a signal you're sending that you're interested. So keep this in mind and act accordingly, depending on the situation and the impression you're trying to make.
Smiles
A tight, close-lipped smile appears to others to only be a gesture of politeness and civility. The broader your smile, the more genuine it appears, and the more interested you seem to be in the object of your affection.
